Accrued Time Benefits
Casa Myrna offers a generous sick and vacation time policy. Full-time employees receive three (3) weeks of vacation, three (3) weeks of sick time. After three years of continuous employment, employees receive four (4) weeks of vacation time.

Holiday Time
Casa Myrna provides employees with 12 paid holidays. In addition, after 1 year of employment employees are provided with an additional 3 days of paid time off (personal days).

Health and Insurance Benefits
At Casa Myrna, we recognize that access to health care and associated benefits is critically important for the well being of our employees and their families. We provide our employees with these paid benefits:

Retirement Savings Plan
All employees are encouraged to participate in our 403B plan. After a year of employment, Casa Myrna Vazquez, Inc. matches up to 2% of an employee's annual salary. Full and part-time employees are eligible.

MBTA Pass/Parking Reimbursement
MBTA and Commuter rail-passes available through CMV in our pre-tax payroll deduction plan. Employees working at the main office can also use their plan to pay for their on-site parking.

Flexible Benefit Plan
Casa Myrna Vazquez, Inc. offers employees the opportunity to participate in the Flexible Benefits Plan. This plan enables employees to (a) pay for their share of health insurance premiums on a pre-tax basis ("Insurance Premium Assistance" and is done for you automatically if you receive your health insurance through CMV), (b) set aside money on a pre-tax basis to be used for reimbursement of health care costs that are not covered by insurance ("Health Care Assistance"), and (c) set aside money on a pre-tax basis to be used for reimbursement of dependent care expenses ("Dependent Care Assistance").
