Paid Time Off
Casa Myrna offers a generous paid time off (PTO) policy. Full-time employees receive 4 weeks of paid time off in their first three years of employment, 5 weeks of paid time off in years 4 - 10, and 6 weeks of paid time off after 10 years of employment.

Holiday Time
Casa Myrna provides employees with 12 paid holidays.

Casa Myrna offers employees the opportunity to participate in Flexible Benefit Plans. These plans enable employees to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to be used for reimbursement of eligible health care costs that are not covered by insurance ("Flexible Spending Account"), and set aside money on a pre-tax basis to be used for reimbursement of dependent care expenses ("Dependent Care Assistance").
