Deborah Collins-Gousby has been at Casa Myrna since February 2005, starting as Director of Emergency Programs and eventually assuming responsibility for all of the agency's direct service programs. She also served for two years as the agency's Interim Executive Director, from 2007 – 2009. Before joining Casa Myrna, Collins-Gousby spent fourteen years managing shelter programs at Boston's Elizabeth Stone House, also a provider of shelter and services to women and children affected by domestic violence. Collins-Gousby has extensive experience in direct services as well as in program development, budgeting, staffing, volunteer management, education, outreach and outcome measurement and reporting. She is a member of the Boston Regional Domestic Violence Director's Roundtable and the Thrive in Five Boston Ready Systems Implementation Partnership/Boston Local Wellness Council. She is a graduate of Emerson College.
