Deborah Collins-Gousby , Director of Residential Services, Co-Executive Director
Ms. Collins-Gousby is responsible for all of the agency’s residential programs, and for its Children’s Services Programs. Before joining Casa Myrna, she spent fourteen years managing all aspects of the shelter programs at Boston’s Elizabeth Stone House, also a provider of shelter and services to women and children affected by domestic violence. Ms. Collins-Gousby has extensive experience in direct services as well as in program development, budgeting, staffing, volunteer management, education and outreach and outcome measurement and reporting. She has a BS in Mass Communication from Emerson College, where she is a member of Emerson’s Black Organization with Natural Interest (E.B.O.N.I.). She is also a member of the Boston Regional Domestic Violence Director’s Roundtable at Jane Doe, Inc.
Christine Liebke, Director of Human Resources, Co-Executive Director
Chris Liebke is responsible for agency-wide recruitment, employee relations, professional development and benefits management. Her extensive experience in HR management has included designing and implementing strategies to strengthen the performance of individuals and organizations. Prior to joining Casa Myrna Vazquez, Ms. Liebke served as Director of Human Resources for the municipalities of Westford and North Andover, Massachusetts and The Harbor Schools. Since 1999, she has been an adjunct professor of organizational development and human resources management at Merrimack College, Northern Essex Community College and the College of Southern New Hampshire University. She has an MS from Salem State College and a BS from Merrimack College.
William Sullivan, Director of Finance & Operations
Mr. Sullivan is responsible for the agency’s financial operations, facilities and day to day administrative functions. Sullivan is a seasoned financial professional with over thirty years of comprehensive experience managing the administration and finance functions for school districts, housing developments and residential human services organizations. Before joining Casa Myrna Vazquez, he was Executive Director of Grow Associates, a non-profit serving the needs of 140 adults with developmental disabilities through training, employment, day habilitation programs, and community based services. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at St. Coletta’s of Massachusetts, and held positions prior to that as Business Manager and then Assistant Superintendent for Administration and Finance in the Brookline and Needham Public Schools. Sullivan has a BA from St. Columban’s College, an M.Ed from Boston State College and an MBA from Bentley College.
Mardi Chadwick, Esq., Director of Community Services
Ms. Chadwick oversees all of Casa Myrna’s community-based, education and outreach programs. Before joining Casa Myrna in March of 2008, she spent ten years in positions of increasing responsibility at the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center in Newburyport, Massachusetts. While there, she helped create the Greater Newburyport Domestic Violence High Risk Case Response Team, a nationally recognized model of multidisciplinary professionals working together on homicide prevention for victims of domestic violence. Ms. Chadwick has also co-authored articles and papers on the issue of domestic violence. She has a BA from the University of New Hampshire and a JD from Suffolk University Law School.
Nathalie Favre-Gilly, Director of Development and Communications
Ms. Favre-Gilly directs all of the agency’s fundraising and publications activities. She was previously at Boston University, where she was Special Assistant for Development in the Office of the President, supporting discrete and campaign-related development initiatives involving the University’s chief executive, trustees and top donors. During her nine-year tenure at BU, she also served as Assistant to the Chairman of the Massachusetts Board of Education and spent two years as Director of Development and Alumni Relations for the University’s School of Education. Ms. Favre-Gilly previously worked in sales and marketing in New York, Ireland, London and Paris. Fluent in French and Italian, she is a freelance editor and published translator. She has a BA from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an MA from Boston University.
